End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Veteran: Lawns & Landscapes LLC, a Maryland limited liability company with its principal place of business at Bel Air, Maryland. By proceeding to payment, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. This Agreement may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

2. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for obtaining quotes and purchasing lawn and landscape services. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use automated systems to access the Services.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

4. Data Collection, Use & Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address, property details), usage data (IP, browser, interactions), and any information you voluntarily provide. By agreeing, you consent to our use of this data for service provision, internal marketing development, future outreach (email, phone, text, or mail), and legal compliance. We may share data with service providers but do not sell it to third parties for independent marketing. California residents have CCPA rights to know, delete, or opt-out. You may opt out of marketing at any time. Non-purchasing users who submit quote requests consent to our retention and use of their data for future outreach.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.

6. Payment & Services

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Additional service contract terms may apply and will be provided separately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of this Agreement, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by Maryland law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Harford County, Maryland.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
